Standard diagnostic tools weren't enough — they needed a private, enterprise-grade platform that could read hardware-level data, detect replaced parts, run mass testing, compare repair results, and sync everything to their cloud infrastructure.

This is the feature that separates MPAI Test from everything else. Every Apple device stores factory-assigned serial numbers for each hardware component. When a part is replaced — battery, screen, camera, logic board — the serial number changes.
MPAI Test reads both the expected factory value and the current read value, then flags any mismatch as "Maybe Replaced" or "Replaced." Buyers know exactly what they're getting. No surprises.

The Single Device Test module connects MPAI Test on macOS with MPAI Wholesale on the iOS device being tested. The technician scans a QR code to download Wholesale on the iPhone, enters the generated code to link the session, then starts the test from the Mac.
In 60 seconds: mic quality, speaker output, front and rear cameras, all sensors, screen touch accuracy, device buttons, and more. Everything is saved to the server, synced to Takkad, and can be exported as a signed PDF certification or sent to the customer by email.
